Delivery

Delivery times can vary depending on the type of product and the number of items you are ordering. The table below outlines when you can expect your order to arrive after full payment has been received:

*These are approximate times for the printing and production process only. Please ensure you add in extra time for the design and proofing process when you are working out your ordering schedule.

Postage

We deliver to any destination in Australia. We use quality packaging to make sure that your order is protected throughout the delivery process, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage or charges caused by third parties.

All orders of $30 and over are sent via Registered Post, where your signature will be required to confirm receipt of your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox advising you that your order is ready to be collected from your nearest Australia Post Office.

For those ordering through our shopping cart, postage and packaging costs are listed as you checkout and can vary from $5 to $20 depending on the number of items you order.

For orders of Signature Wedding Stationery or custom designed products, the postage options available to you and their associated costs will be outlined when we contact you to discuss your order.
