How to Order

Choosing stationery for your wedding, for a special event, or for corporate purposes can be a very important decision. The stationery you select can say a lot about the tone of your event or your business image, and we understand the effect that good stationery can have on your guests or clients. So that our paper goods really make an impact, we go to great lengths to ensure that each design we create is of the highest quality. Our meticulousness and attention to detail means that the end result is something you are proud to show off!

Part of designing stationery that truly reflects you is the service that goes hand-in-hand with the design. We’re here to provide you with all the advice you need in order for your dream stationery to come to life and we try to make the ordering process as simple as possible so that you feel comfortable with your purchase the whole way through the design process.

Starting your order is as easy as having a browse and then saying hello… follow the steps below and you'll see exactly what we mean!

Signature Collection Design

Ordering from our Signature Collection is breeze. We’ve designed our range specifically so that you have a way of buying beautiful, boutique stationery with ease. Simply follow these steps to get started:

DESIGN If you haven’t already, the first thing to do is to have a look through our collection and decide on the design that most takes your fancy. If you’re unsure or would like to see our designs up close and personal, then simply order a sample through our online store or contact us to book a consultation.

CONTACT US Okay, so now that you’ve chosen the invitation, what comes next? Well, once you’ve selected a design, simply contact us to let us know what you’d like to order. Remember, this means not only letting us know which design you like, but also providing us with information such as the accessories you require (e.g. save the date cards, reply cards, place cards or menus), the number of guests you’ll be having and whether you want your stationery personalised with your guests’ names. Don’t worry if you’re not sure what information to provide – once you contact us, we’ll guide you through the process to make it as simple and stress-free as possible.

PERSONALISE If you’ve fallen in love with a pink invitation design but are having a yellow wedding then this step is for you! We’ll work with you to help you choose colours that match the theme of your wedding and we’ll provide some font choices as well so that your stationery really reflects your big day.

PROOFS When you’re happy with all the options that you’ve chosen, we’ll send you a quote for your stationery. If you’d like to go ahead, we’ll require a 50% deposit before we proceed. Once the deposit has been paid we’ll get straight to work on your invitation proof, incorporating all the elements that you’ve chosen in the steps above. You’re welcome to request changes after you receive the proof – we understand that you want your stationery to be perfect, so we supply up to 3 rounds of changes to ensure everything is as it should be (additional revisions will incur a fee). Once the design is exactly as you envisioned it, we’ll send you a final proof for sign-off. Then it’s simply a matter of sitting back and relaxing, while we work our magic!

Please note: It is your responsibility to proofread your stationery very carefully before giving us final sign-off to go into production. Any changes that need to be made after we go to print will be reprinted at a cost to you.

PRINTING, ASSEMBLY AND DELIVERY Once in production, it will take approximately 1 ½ to 3 weeks to complete your stationery. Upon completion, we will contact you to let you know that your stationery is ready and you can opt to have it delivered by courier, post or, if you’re in the Sydney metro area we also hand-deliver.

Custom Designs

ENQUIRY If you’d like a custom design, contact us to let us know of your stationery requirements, including quantity required, the purpose of the stationery (e.g. wedding, birthday, corporate), and any style requirements.

CONSULTATION Once we’ve received your request, we’ll be in touch shortly to further discuss the details and to provide you with a quote. This conversation can take place face-to-face (if you’re in the Sydney metro area), over the phone, on Skype or via email. If you wish to proceed, we’ll require a 50% deposit before we start to design.

DESIGN (the fun part!) Armed with your initial request and the information we’ve gathered from your first consultation, we’ll design some draft concepts for your stationery. This will usually include 2 concepts for you to choose from. Once we’re done with the designs, we’ll send you a pdf proof for each via email. From here you’re welcome to request up to 5 rounds of changes to ensure you’re truly happy with the end product (additional revisions will incur a fee). Once the design is exactly as you envisioned it, we’ll send you a final proof for sign-off. Then it’s simply a matter of sitting back and relaxing, while we work our magic!
